Can nations unite to tackle illegal fishing?
Illegal, unregulated and unreported fishing is a multi-billion dollar business worth $23 billion a year across the world. An agreement between twenty nine countries across five continents and the European Union will come in to force on Sunday. Will it be enough to tackle this global issue?
