Scientists have started a hashtag poking fun at their own mistakes. They've called it #FieldWorkFail. And this must be one of the craziest examples - Agata Staniewicz found herself stuck onto a small crocodile in a swamp in Indonesia. She'd been trying to glue a transmitter to its skin, but ended up gluing her finger onto the crocodile...
