Cambodia's vast medieval cities revealed

Archaeologists in Cambodia have found new previously undocumented medieval cities scattered around the religious temples of Angkor. Australian archaelogist Dr Damian Evans explains how they've used airborne laser technology to reveal the cities which had been until now obscured by forest, and which were home to tens of thousands of people.
