The European invader that could devastate crops
Scientists are warning that cauliflower and cabbage crops could be destroyed by the diamondback moth.
Tens of millions of the insects are thought to have arrived from mainland Europe in the past week and their young are expected to emerge next month.
Dr Steve Foster, from Rothamsted Research in Hertfordshire, told Ritula Shah more about the "super-pests".
