Northern Ireland progressing to the last 16 at their first European Championship is 鈥渁 little bit surreal鈥�, says manager Michael O鈥橬eill.

O鈥橬eill鈥檚 side lost 1-0 to Germany but qualify for the knockout stages as one of the four best third-placed teams after Turkey beat the Czech Republic later on Tuesday.

Northern Ireland will face France or Wales and the 46-year-old said: 鈥淚f I picked a team that I think we had the best chance of getting past, it would have to be Wales."
