Paper strips: an inexpensive way to detect malaria
Researchers at Ohio State University, in the US, have developed a new way to test people for malaria and other diseases. The technique requires small strips of paper and it was designed to help people in rural communities get tested without having to travel to the hospital. The developer is Abraham Badu-Tawiah.
