Germany's parliament has passed a new law which defines rape and clarifies that "No means No", even if a victim did not fight back. The new law also makes it easier to prosecute assaults committed by large group. This piece of legislation came into being after the recent sex attacks on women in Cologne during the New Year's celebrations in the city. Kristina Lunz is a German activist who is involved in the "No means No" campaign.
