Ex-Labour chief: There is no fix here
The man who drafted Labour's current leadership rules says Jeremy Corbyn will need the nominations of 51 MPs or MEPs to stand.
Ray Collins, who was Labour's general secretary in 2010, said the rule was designed to make sure that anyone elected leader has a significant level of support in the parliamentary party.
