French senator: 'We cannot prevent this'
An eyewitness and a French senator on Thursday's attack in Nice which left 84 dead.
A lorry has struck a crowd during Bastille Day celebrations in the southern French city of Nice, leaving more than 80 people dead and a further 18 people in a critical condition in hospital. The driver of the lorry was shot dead by police.
Eyewitness Nader El-Shafei provided his account of what happened and French senator and vice chair of the foreign affairs and security committee Nathalie Goulet discussed the wider issue of terrorism prevention.
