Female genital mutilation: a worldwide practice affecting millions
At least 200 million girls and women worldwide have been affected by female genital mutilation, or FGM. It is a worldwide practice which performed mainly in countries in Africa, Asia and the Middle East.Tulip Mazumdar reports on the scale and nature of the practice.
