Rather than politicians fighting like cats it seems that Westminster's cats are fighting like politicians.

Larry the No 10 cat and Palmerston from the Foreign Office have a long running feud but now Gladstone from the Treasury is also vying to be the top cat on the Westminster block.

Roger Tabor is a TV presenter and cat expert, and said the Westminster cats are all struggling to mark their territory.

He said "the cats are getting very confused, they're going from number 10, to number 11 then onto the treasury, and what makes it difficult is the very urban setting."
