Liverpool Mayor questions industrial strategy
The Northern Powerhouse was a flagship policy to redress the north-south economic imbalance with an initial focus on Manchester.
Liverpool Mayor Joe Anderson told Martha Kearney that he wanted clarity on Theresa May's industrial strategy, after the new PM hinted she wanted to help all of the UK's cities, not just a couple.
