Police in Norfolk have released CCTV footage of a shocking hit and run incident in the town of North Walsham. Officers are treating the incident, which happened in the early hours of Saturday 23 July, as attempted murder.

The victim, a 30-year-old man, is in a stable condition in hospital.

Detective Chief Inspector Stuart Armes is appealing for witnesses to come forward. He told 麻豆社 Radio 5 live: "I think the footage speaks for itself. It's shocking to see the impact of the car on the young man. It has left him with two breaks to his pelvis, a completely shattered knee, and he will be unable to walk for the best part of a year."
