Double Olympic champion Victoria Pendleton says some sporting organisations "brainwash their athletes" into thinking doping is necessary to "competing at the highest level."

These organisations make the athletes 鈥渂elieve that it has to be done and put extreme pressure on them to make them conform to their methods鈥� said the 35-year-old.
