'Most difficult Games ever'
The Rio Olympics have been plagued with problems in the run up to the Games. Now John Coates, vice-president of the International Olympic Committee, says the financial and political background has made it the most difficult Games ever - and he says he is also concerned at the small crowds in some venues.
