Shock over Delhi Hit-and-Run
Police in the Indian capital, Delhi, say a man lay dying at the edge of a busy road for more than an hour after being hit by a small van -- because no-one stopped to help him. It's sparked discussion about why people failed to help. Our South Asia editor Jill McGivering reports.
