Two million people living in Aleppo are facing round the clock bombardment and an absence of the most basic supplies for human survival.

One of the 15 remaining doctors there, Dr Hamza Alkateab, who wrote a letter to President Obama earlier this week, explains the enormous challenges he faces on a daily basis.
