Did UN force fail to stop S Sudan troops' 'hotel rampage'?
The United Nations is to deploy extra troops to South Sudan to help ease tensions. President Salva Kiir "very serious concerns" over the internationally-backed plan.
And the UN is facing allegations that it did not act to stop South Sudanese soldiers rampaging through a hotel complex, killing a journalist and raping several women. The UN Mission's Force Commander is senior Kenyan soldier, Lieutenant General Johnson Mogoa Kimani Ondieki.
