Louisiana flooding: Grandparents 'devastated' after home submerged

Thousands of homes have been affected by the flooding in the US state of Louisiana.

Jessica Parker's grandparents were forced to leave their home as water started creeping in, finally submerging the house. Jessica says her grandparents are devastated as they have no flood insurance and have to start over again.
