Ethnic minorities face 'systemic discrimination' across UK

The Equality and Human Rights Commission has published a report on divisions in the UK.

Britain faces the greatest threat to its reputation for tolerance for decades after the EU referendum, as people are using the result to legitimise racist views, the Equality and Human Rights Commission has said.

New head of the commission David Isaac explains to presenter Mishal Husain the implication of the report's findings.
