Russia will not compete at next month鈥檚 Paralympics in Rio after losing an appeal against a ban imposed for state-sponsored doping.

Speaking to Outside Source, Anna Antseliovich, the acting head of Russia's anti-doping agency (RUSADA), said: "Paralympic athletes should be given the same opportunity as Russian Olympic athletes to prove that they're clean".
