Colombia: the end of a 50-year-long war
It's taken four years to thrash out but the leaders of Farc rebels and Colombia have finally agreed a peace deal to end their half century of conflict. Ingrid Betancourt - a former Colombian presidential candidate who was kidnapped by the FARC back in 2002 and rescued almost six and a half years later - gave Newsday her reaction.
