Labour attacks NHS cut plans
Labour has said proposals to make significant cuts to healthcare services across England are a "damning indictment" of what it called the government's "underfunding and mismanagement of the NHS".
The 麻豆社 has seen draft sustainability and transformation plans which propose ward closures, cuts in bed numbers and changes to A&E and GP care in 44 areas.
Shadow health secretary Diane Abbott told the World At One the NHS was heading for a huge deficit by 2020.
