Could de-horning help save rhinos in Zimbabwe?
A record 1,305 rhinos were killed illegally in Africa last year. Now, the authorities in Zimbabwe are planning to get rid of the part the animal poachers are interested in. They want to de-horn the entire population of rhinos in the country's national parks. Will Travers is the president of Species Survival Network. Newsday's Alan Kasujja asked him whether this will work.
