A new song to highlight domestic violence in Kenya

The popular Nairobi band, Elani, has released a song and a graphic video titled, 'Sirudi' or 'I am not going back' in Swahili. It illustrates the daily reality of domestic abuse - the belittling, the humiliation and the beatings. The 麻豆社's Anthony Irungu went to meet the band.
