Archibald: "Trust is important"
Olympic champion cyclist Katie Archibald says they're one big "team" at British cycling with no big egos in the coaching set up.
Archibald was part of the women's team pursuit team that won gold along with Laura Trott, Joanna Rowsell-Shand and Elinor Barker, while Callum Skinner won gold in the team sprint.
