Ekong: "Straight from the plane to the stadium"
Nigeria's Olympic bronze medallist William Ekong admits he could have been the only player left to play Japan in their opening game at the Rio Games.
The Nigeria football team won Olympic bronze, despite only just arriving in Brazil five hours before kick off in their opening match which they won 5-4 against Japan.
Ekong had flown to Brazil separately and was left representing Nigeria on his own until hours before kick off, as he explained to Sportsworld's John Bennett:
