Backlash to Italian Fertility Day
The Italian Prime Minister has joined the backlash to a government initiative which encourages couples to have more children.
Advertisements for the day, to be held on 22 September, include one which says: "Fertility is a common good."
Giulia Blasi, an Italian blogger, told 麻豆社 Radio 4's The World Tonight programme that people were angry at the offensive posters being used to promote the campaign.
