MPs and peers may leave the Palace of Westminster for six years for renovations and repairs.

A committee has spent months considering what to do about the crumbling Unesco world heritage site.

Labour MP Chris Bryant, who was shadow Leader of the Commons, told 麻豆社 Radio Four's the World at One why it is making this recommendation.
