Filippo Grandi, UN High Commissioner for Refugees - On the current crisis
According to the United Nations, the number of people displaced by conflicts and persecution worldwide is reaching the highest level ever recorded in history - 65.3 million. As countries struggle to cope with the influx of migrants and refugees, divisions have emerged over how best to resettle people. Filippo Grandi is the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and spoke to Newsday.
