Is it final call for the A380?
Singapore Airlines was the first airline in the word to lease an Airbus 380 when it was launched in 2007. The A380 is a super-jumbo with two decks and was seen as the most-advanced and desirable of passenger aircraft. Now the airline has decided not to renew its first A380 plane when the ten-year contract expires next year.
Aviation consultant Richard Aboulafia speaks to the 麻豆社's Roger Hearing on whether this signals the end for this style of aeroplane.
