'All humanitarian aid agencies have to step back and evaluate now'
The UN has suspended all aid convoys in Syria after a Syrian Red Crescent worker and a number of civilians were killed in an attack on an aid convoy near the Syrian city of Aleppo.
At least 18 of 31 lorries in the convoy were hit, the UN say. The convoy was intended to deliver aid for 78,000 people in rebel-held areas near Aleppo.
IFRC Middle East Communication Coordinatior Stephen Ryan, told us from Beirut 'All humanitarian aid agencies have to step back and evaluate now'.
