Selling popcorn on the streets of Lagos
Godwin Emmanuel is a street hawker in Lagos who produces and sells popcorn using a locally fabricated machine. He says he earns about ten dollars daily as a street trader. For several years the authorities in Lagos have been trying to curb street trading, but it hasn't worked. That's partly because it's the only livelihood for many in the city, as Emmanuel explains.
