'Over 2,000 people moved to hurricane shelters"
Hurricane Matthew, one of the most powerful Atlantic hurricanes in recent years, is closing in on Haiti, bringing winds, rains and storm surges.
Laura Sewell, from the aid agency Care International in the capital Port-au-Prince, told the World at One that they had successfully moved people out of their homes and into the hurricane shelters.
