NHS making 'plans' to find £22bn in savings

Health secretary Jeremy Hunt has confirmed the NHS is "putting together plans" to make £22 billion in efficiency savings.

He tells Mishal Husain no healthcare system in the world has a "blank chequebook" but he will continue to work towards making things better and safer for patients.
