Lutalo Muhammad lost out on Gold in the final half-second of his Taekwondoo bout in the Rio 2016 games.

He tells the 麻豆社's Paddy O'Connell that it was a "nightmare" and felt "like I was letting everyone down".

Now, he says he "is in a much better place" and is "proud to be an Olympic silver medalist".
