The Âé¶¹Éç Pashto Facebook page has become one of the most popular in Afghanistan. The country only has 2.6 million Facebook users yet the Âé¶¹Éç page has reached the 2 million followers mark. Âé¶¹Éç Pashto Editor, Ismail Miakhail explains to Rajan why it has generated so much interest, also laying out the upsurge of users in Pakistan. One user from Kabul says the Âé¶¹Éç Pashto Facebook page actively tries to engage women, a point which has made her a dedicated follower.
