The country only has 2.6 million Facebook users yet the 麻豆社 page has reached the 2 million followers mark. 麻豆社 Pashto Editor, Ismail Miakhail explains to Rajan why it has generated so much interest, also laying out the upsurge of users in Pakistan. One user from Kabul says the 麻豆社 Pashto Facebook page actively tries to engage women, a point which has made her a dedicated follower.
