Birmingham City manager Gary Rowett reveals he has a glass of wine before a match to alleviate 鈥渂oredom鈥�.

Rowett, 42, claims his pre-match routine is behind the Blues鈥� 鈥渦pward curve鈥� since he took charge in October 2014.

He said: "It sounds really bad but sometimes I'll be sat in my office and that boredom, just waiting for the game - you just want it to start."
