Gove: 'I absolutely reject the idea of betrayal'
Michael Gove says he made mistakes in the days following the EU referendum, but denies he betrayed anyone.
"I absolutely reject the idea of betrayal", said the former justice secretary in his first interview since his failed leadership bid.
He told the World At One's Martha Kearney he could have handled the Conservative leadership election differently. But he denied that his decision to abandon his support of Boris Johnson to stand himself, amounted to treachery.
