Gove: Brexit mandate was clear

Leading Leave campaigner Michael Gove insists it is clear what people voted for in the Brexit referendum.

The former justice secretary said the vote was to leave the single market and for the UK to have control over its borders, laws and the money it has been paying into European Union funds.
