Starmer: PM trying to 'avoid scrutiny' on Brexit
The Shadow Brexit Secretary says the Prime Minister is trying to "avoid scrutiny" in trying to trigger Article 50 without a vote in parliament.
Keir Starmer says the government should "urgently review their approach now".
The government is expected to appeal a decision by the High Court which says the process of leaving the EU cannot start without a vote in Parliament.
