Could California become independent?
In California, a state that has the sixth biggest economy in the world and where a majority of the electorate voted for Hillary Clinton in the US election, some of the entrepreneurs around Silicon Valley are floating the idea that the Golden State could leave Donald Trump and the rest of the US behind and become a separate country. Evan Low who represents Silicon Valley in the California State Assembly tells the 麻豆社's Roger Hearing why he doesn't rule out an independent California.
