Raab: Brexit memo is 'a made-up report'
The Conservative MP and Leave campaigner Dominic Raab says that a leaked memo suggesting the UK government doesn't have a plan for Brexit is "a pretty masterful piece of self-publicity".
The public "may feel a bit duped here," he added, saying that the memo was "deceptive" and "made-up".
