Gyimah: 'Illegal action makes prisons less safe'
The prisons minister has said there is a "game changing situation" in prisons, with multi-faceted problems.
Sam Gyimah told presenter Martha Kearney "we all want safe, secure and decent prisons" but that illegal strike action was "not the way to achieve that".
