Is home care failing dementia patients?

Alzheimer's Society boss says one in three home care workers have no dementia training

The way older people are being cared for in England is "shameful" and "scandalous" according to reports by Age UK and the Alzheimer's Society.

The chief executive of Alzheimer's Society, Jeremy Hughes, said according to their survey, one in three home care workers "have no dementia training at all".

Charlotte Cummings's grandmother became unwell after receiving poor home care treatment.
