Kate Greene was 37 when she died from breast cancer, but she left behind a list of things she wanted her husband and two sons Reef, 12, and Finn, 10, to fulfil. They included things like giving their sons two kisses at night, making sure they learn instruments and not to go on as many school activities as possible.

The poignant story has now been adapted into a film, called Mum鈥檚 List, based on a book written by Kate's husband Singe Greene.

Singe believes the list is a way for her personality to live on.

鈥淚t was stuff that we were going to do as a couple,鈥� he told 5 live Drive.

鈥淎lthough she had a very short life, we certainly lived it to the full.鈥�
