'I felt exploited by rent-to-own schemes'
The financial watchdog is to investigate companies that sell appliances and furniture on high-interest credit deals. Citizens Advice has called for so-called "rent-to-own" companies to face similar restrictions to payday loan firms.
Chief economist with Citizens Advice, Hugh Stickland, and Danielle Hackman, who uses rent-to-own retailers, talked to Joanna about why they felt more regulation was needed.
