Plane crew may have suffered 'startle effect'
Colombian authorities say evidence is growing that the plane carrying the Brazilian football team, Chapecoense, crashed because it ran out of fuel as it tried to land.
A tape of the final moments of flight Avianca 9356 has just been released. Captain Mike Vivian, former airline pilot and head of the Civil Aviation Authority's flight operations, said the plane crew may have suffered from what is known as the "startle effect".
