鈥淗e鈥檚 somebody Eddie brought in straightaway and he鈥檚 been working with the team,鈥 said Grayson.

鈥淲hen you track through this 12 months they鈥檝e gone through and you look for that common language the players are using, mental resilience is high on the list.

鈥淗aving processes and protocols on the field that reorganise everybody is tremendously powerful and having somebody in the team like that, that you trust as a player and who can be a sounding board and an influencer in those areas is hugely important,鈥 he added.
