Justice minister: Life sentences for dangerous drivers

The Justice minister, Sam Gyimah, announces plans to introduce life long prison sentences for people who cause death by dangerous driving. He also tells John Pienaar that the government is looking at introducing tougher penalities for people caught using mobile phones at the wheel.
